About Me
“As an athlete, I understand the mindset, the dedication, and the passion required to be successful in your sport. I understand what it is like to deal with nagging injuries and what feels like constant full body pain. I am here to tell you- That doesn’t have to be your norm. I want to help you address your injuries and teach you strategies for preventing their return. Whether you live an active lifestyle, participate as a weekend warrior, or compete as a high level athlete, we can work together to get you where you want to be. I am committed to helping you achieve your goals.”
